Taliban are simply Punjab's proxies to get hold of Afghan land to fulfill its dream of establishing a Punjabi empire. General Aziz, the then serving Punjabi general, was the founder of Taliban insurgency and General Hamid Gul (retd) and Punjabi intelligentia are/were its masterminds.
