No one said anything about any one being the khan zoy, i simply told you that i was in kabul last week and we had 24 hrs electricity? What do you expect it to free? There was a time when people didn't pay bills and it was all free, just the wat from the well. You do that you ignorant. What are you trying to imply and what do you want to achieve, please? So what was the reason that your lift got stuck, was it because the electricity in you block was rather diverted to the some poor? Where did we start again? this project is build to house crusaders traitors sell outs and druglords. Common people of Afghanistan will only go there to clean their houses, or to collect trash.

Atleast its Better than Having some Taliban having the only telephone in Afghanistan with a Pakistani Number as well.

During Taliban, we had to travel for 2 days to Pakistan, just to make one call Mullah saiban de jwandee wee rata..

^ not that it was Taliban's fault, because Afghanistan was handed over to Taliban in much worst condition than they left it in 2001.

Kabul has got 24/7 electricity, I returned just few days ago from Afghanistan and if I am not mistaken, those buildings do have lifts.
