they put ideas in to your head and while your brain processes it, you experience it as if it was real. go in to this stuff with an open mind. know what is happening to your brain and when it does it's little trick, you will be amused and have had just as much fun. apparently, i was queen sheeba once.

its real man, then how do you explain me watching what my sister was seeing on tv ?? how do you explain me going outside my house and going through the streets as if i was actually there ?? and knowing were each street leads to and such...

your the 1st one who says its all in yoru brain... all the people ive looked or read about said that it's real and it's not in your head because your fully concious, awake and you are in the world and can go anywhere (friends house, etc)

you imagined your friend watching two and a half men because that is something that he probably watches alot of. and you could probably hear what your sister was watching and you picked up on the frequency and something triggered your brain to replay a memory of you having seen her watching television in the past.

i haven't done this but i have hypnotized myself on my own and professionally alot because A, i want to know what this experience is that everyone is talking about and B, i get very very bored sometimes.
the way your brain stores information is by processing it and that happens when you experience it. every time you read a book or remember a story that someone tells you, your brain experiences it as it's own. in future, when you recall this information, you go back to it and pull it out. you have to pay very close attention to the wording of the voice guiding you and at the same time trust it enough to eventually let go of yourself and let them lead. they keep telling you to clear your thoughts and stop thinking about everything so they can clear the way for the information they are feeding your brain to process. i have seen some strange strange things. and i have floated over my own body so many times, i can't even keep count anymore. did i experience floating over my body?? yes. do i believe it actually happened?? absolutely not.
instead of being fascinated with spirits and other stuff that you can't even explain to yourself, get to know your brain well. it's just as fascinating.

i suggest you do it first then talk about it because the MOMENT you astral project you will witness it yourself and you won't say it's fake. What facinates me is that 80% of all the people that say that astral projection is fake haven't even tried it themselves. they preassume it. The moment they do it only then they can realise the truth. (80% being 1 or 2 examples of people that say its fake). i haven't heard or anyone saying its fake because people describe their experience in the astral world to be very very very extremely realistic because they are fully conscious/awake during it.

btw you said that you floated on top of your body and saw your body sleeping, It's your roh that floated... btw do astral projection get out of your body and try to look at things. Astral projection is proven and experiments show this. People proved this by doing experiments, for example an experiment showed that one person was lying on his/her bed and the other person had a notepad and something written on it on the other room and the other person who was lying down on the bed had to astral project and go to the room, read what was on the notepad and go back to their body and tell them what they saw on the notepad. It's that simple. Next time you do it, as someone to write something and have them put it on somewhere see if you can go and check what's on the notepad.

Something else that would fascinate you is telepathy. Telepathy is communicating through brain. For example you can be in Sweden and I can be somewhere else and I can communicate with you with my brain google it. My mom can do this and I have proof. It's fascinating. how is this possible. Google telepathy. ?? Science says its bullshiet but science cant even explain Jinns... they say jinn are not real... that's bullshiet i was possessed by a jin as a child and my grandad use to play with jinn's kids when he was little. my grandad and his couple of friends used to play with 1-2 jinns kids and they all saw it together, they saw the jinns kid getting tall all of a sudden and getting back to their original height all of a sudden and they never used to talk only play with them. Science is bullshiet, science can't explain many things, astral projection is very very real, all you gotta do is give it a try yourself and see for yourself.

i believe they are called aliens. i once read a book that mentioned a man with a really strange name claiming to have been taken to the sky either around the time of musa pbuh or before it. apparently, the description that this man gave of the things he saw was very similar to what the aliens of today are said to be like... i have been wanting to look in to that actually.

by the way if you do believe in them, I do too. I saw this documentary on Discovery channel where they showed proof that in 1999, an unknown identified aircraft circled the entire american coast (canada, and United states) in less than 20 seconds and this information was not revealed to the American public and the secret was kept secret by the government because the government thought that the American citizens will panic. There were aloot more stories, alot more stories and old pilots confirming sighting unknown sightings of aircraft. There were two pilots who witnessed a flying saucer and an extra terrestrial in front of them at the same time. Many other incidents saying that nasa space shuttle recorded high intensity radio active activity by near objects close by in space. Also there were stories where people sighted them. The US government is also known to have kept the "Alien" bodies but they have kept them secret from the public because they would simply panic. They also said that the extra terrestrials had long roots and were present even during the time of the Egyptians. The egyptians had really really long heads from the back and they were known to be extra terrestrials. It's an interesting Documentary, I cant seem to remember it but it was very informative. They also argued that Why are aliens always with big heads and a typical alien picture that i showed you and why are their spaceships always round saucers as always dipected in tv. Why always round and not some other "shape". It's because people ahve sighted and government have proof of their existence. I'll find the extra terrestrial documentary and post it soon.

I think jinns and aliens are similar things but different words are used to describe them.

i don't necessarily believe in them but i don't mind entertaining myself by the theory. some people become obsessed with the idea and that is something that i can't really appreciate. but yeah..aliens, greek mythology and poetry are of my guilty pleasures. one should not over indulge.

I've never attempted this myself. I've read about it, understand you can encounter other beings whilst on different plains of the astral. Have to be mindful of such things.
