Akkadia, Assyria, Babilonia, inscriptions from Bagastana or one of the most famous cuneiform texts on a certain cyliner? It's where war and politics analyst usually start. Modern politics and strategists very often reffer to the ancient art of propaganda, because propaganda underlies very war.
