          Easy and simple :

          Just take henna and put it all your face...wait til it passes about three hours then wash it way...et viola you are beautiful.
          High achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectation.

                              ^There is a stomach flu going around ,

                              with same symptoms as food poisoning.

                              It lasts 48 hours.

                              Don't eat anything if it is food poisoning.

                              Rest drink plenty of water to flush out the system.
