To get these sorts of dreams you have to ask for them. I got nothing better to do so I ask god to show me an interesting dream, so I won't bang my head on the wall.

And when i do see dreams like that i cry for real and talk while sleeping

Of course I get frightened. The only thing you lose is sleep, since you aint falling back after.

One of the best dreams ive had was The Day Of Judgement. I won't give away too much, but boy oh boy.

Well its only while you sleep, then you can wake up and carry on with your 9-5 job tiresome job lol

And sleep paralysis affects everybody when they sleep, its what stops you acting out your dreams when you sleep, but with lucid dreaming sometimes it doesnt turn off, and your stuck like a vegatable forever

Well thats only 1 sideaffect, many people lucid dream succesfully all the time, theres loads of books on it
