Just walked to the supermarket and back since my lighter broke and I could do with more cigarettes.
So much heat, I couldn't even keep my eyes open. By the time I got to the shop, I was like "**** cigarettes, let's get Pepsi."
This lighter almost broke now too

Anyway, I don't know which is worse, when Pakis use "Afghani" instead of Afghan or when Tajiks say "Pashtuni", as in "lebas-e-Pashtuni", "naan-e-Pashtuni", etc.

"Afghani" is the proper word in Urdu and Dari, but not in English.

Most of the immigrant work force is South Indian (Kairali/Malayalam speakers), but there are also Bengalis and Pakistanis in smaller numbers.
Baluch are very prominent and many Omanis are of Baluchi descent, they are surnamed Al-Balushi. There are also Iranians.

Afghans, however, are rarer, but they are generally all Pashtuns from either Pashtunkhwa or Paktika and live in Muscat. I also saw an Afghan restaurant along the Dubai-Oman border at Hatta. Many of the truck drivers are Pakistani (Punjabi), but some also Pashtun, travelling between the two countries.
