boxing is boring and a dying sport. i much prefer mma and k1 kickboxing. one of the best k1 fighters is badr hari.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

mma is boring, its just hyped up by all the rage and music..its got a certain theme to it which appeals to people that do not know much about real mixed martial arts, they look at it and thing WOW, ANGER..its just a craze that will die out. its not really MMA (mixed martial arts) if it was ther would include martial arts such as Krav maga, russian systemma, Kali Escrima, Wing Chun that would annihilate a so called MMA fighter in secounds.

lol @ wing chun. u know why u dont see these techniques in mma? because they dont work in real fights.

Randolph, The whole perpouse of Systemma and Krav maga is to be able to fight in a real life situation..in real life you dont roll around in sex positions on the floor for 20mins in a cage. a real fight only lasts a couple of minutes MAX. with wing chun ovcourse it works in real life situations not as much as other techniques i agree.

What are you talking about, It depends on how good of a fighter the two opponents are. It could last a couple seconds to whenever one tires out. There is also the chance of a lucky punch. Cage fighting is putting two experienced opponents that know what they are doing, and boxing alone will not work in those situations. You cant beleive Mike Tyson or Evander holifield can take on Randy Couture in a real fight.

Khushal..MMA,Boxing,Kickboxing are all "SPORTS" Randy,Mike,Evander all train for "ENTERTAINMENT" and the long haul, if they were that dangerous they would be banned..You put Randy Couture in a fight with a Russian Spetsnaz in hand to hand combat Randy will be lucky to survive, Real martial arts train to brake bones, criple blind people in the swiftest way possible..something which our SPORTS STARS are not familiar with, these MMA stars are not as rough as you think, although they look it. Id like to mention Randys first principle was Wrestling he then progressed to boxing, he mixes that with BJJ making him good at ground and pound, but leading to your question about fighting mike tyson, one has to ask where is the fight going to happen? if its in a cage id put my money on Randy, if its in real in a Bar or something im confident Randys lights would be out and unconscious before he gets to do put tyson in a submission.

most fights go to the ground.

what difference does a cage or a bar make? its 2 guys standing infront of each other trying to take each other out. i am not a randy couture fan, but look what he did to james toney. toney wasnt even able to punch him because he was taken to the ground right away.

they are competing in a sport, not trying to kill each other. if they were trying to kill each other, there would be a lot of dead mma stars.

plus, i have never seen any krav maga techniques used in a real situation, in a video or otherwise. its always some choreographed demonstration with the "attacker" going in slow motion.

They dont kill each other because they are told how far they can go and thats why the referee is there, but they can if they want to.

Randolph, you are right, alot of fights go to the ground. As Royce Gracie said, "my goal in the fight is to not get hit so I stay close to my opponent, and attack the weak points in his body." Which is very similar to guerrala warfare that the Taliban employs. when they are faced with an opponent with more powerfull firepower, they stay close to their opponents, makeing their oponents powerfull firepower useless, resulting in the AK47 and RPG lethal in the fight since they are close range weapons.

The slow mo knife fights are a joke, but there is no slow mo here
