its just not possible to find somewhere without arrogant pashtuns in it, is it ... looking at some of the profiles all people are talking about is who is who's boyfriend and who is jealous ... and then on the forums they preach how proud they are to be afghans .... am very happy for you, but try to keep an open mind about how others perceive themselves ...

Apologies to those of you who are a little more mature, but this is not the kind of forum i was looking for ...

Can we please for once stop questioning peoples ethnicity or how much of a Pashtun they are? I am getting sick and tired of it. If someone doesn't conform to your beliefs, take it with a grain of salt and respect their rebuttal. Feel free to dissect someone's argument to reveal a fallacy, but refrain from enforcing your beliefs on someone else.

Rukhsana is a Pashtana, she joined us, we are glad to have her here. Let's call it a day.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

I have noticed when a Pashtun is born in the USA, he loves the USA and is very patriotic. He has still maintained his culture and tribal roots but he doesn't badmouth the west with every chance he gets.

The other kind of Pashtuns are the immigrants. They have came to this country, they are being educated here but they negatively speak about the USA, despite living here. Obviously there are some exceptions.

                                Just my observation.
james i dont think any pashtun hates the US, yes we do criticise the US for harming the Pashtuns. its an example, just watch the video if have time.
