The universe is a miracle regardless of how it was created and/or by whom.
And, as others have said, what a lame argument. Something becomes a miracle because it happened just like that? If so, what's wrong with that? And that makes God a miracle, too, since we know that God came out of nowhere. But so what if God is a miracle, right? Similarly, so what if the universe is a miracle? In other words, why is it okay for one thing to be a miracle but not for something else?Comment

Who told you that? They might not believe in a human being born without a father, or the sun pausing just to propitiate a group of people who didn't get to pray on time, but what DOES a miracle mean? If you think about it, it's just something that's not a norm or considered impossible by most people. Hence, having mangoes in winter could be a miracle for a lot of people, don't you think?
