it tastes very similar to chicken so you can do anything with it.
                i have had it
                bbq ed
                qorma
                yakhni
fried with green chili and garlic

okay so we were in kabul and we had lots and lots of them. you halal it and then you skin it. the skin comes off very easily. the head and the other stuff are thrown out but the rest is good to have.

Dogs,Dogs, and more Dogs!!I have two dogs (stooray and swaza) back home. The third one died last year .Of all the birds we have at home, Malala (our Kharoonay) is my favorite since she (?) talks a lot. I have been thinking of getting an Afghan Hound or Siberian husky puppy in near future.I also want to adopt the last Dolphin on Earth and take it to moon at some point =)

I might also have a monkey, but I think I'll feel too guilty about its being away from its natural home (No, I won't feel guilty about the parrot.)

I will also most likely have a dog named either Bakhtawar (means "lucky") or Wadaan ("prosperous"). I have reasons for these names
LOLLLLLLLZ!!!Bakhthawar and and Wadana are my cousin names...would go greatly on dogs as well! :-)

I would like to have a parrot.
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

OMG! same here. I have been wanting a Huskey for so long now. I told myself when i move out, i will buy one.

My family wants an Afghan Hound, but they are very expensive. But beautiful dogs. My cousin had a black Afghan Hound in Laghman. He was huge, with long hair. They are great for hunting.

Oh that's alright then, I was wondering who'd want them as pets. =P

I'm not much of an animal person, to be honest. But I love kittens, and nice cats or small dogs are alright.
