You're welcome. We are just honest and we would have said otherwise if you haven't looked like a pashtun.Originally posted by Salim187 View PostThanks for all these positive answers. To be honest I was scared that I will get answers like "You absolutely don't look Pashtun."
Are you living in Poland?

I've been once in Warsaw and Zielona Gora late 90's. Nice People and they were very unbiased against people from orient/mid east. I think the general mood changed after the 'refugee crisis' or even after 9/11?Originally posted by Salim187 View PostYes, in Krakow. My dad came here for university

WTH, no! No way i could pass in Turkey. Even though there are very darkskinned turks(yes, i'm very dark-skinned), i could never pass as a turk. I pass way better in northwest Pakistan and east-Afghanistan than anywhere else. It's just that i have never seen any pahstun looking like him. Sure there are lightskinned pahstuns everywhere with atypical features, but i can easily recognise his polishness, as i'm in the same class with a polish immigrant.
Maybe it's just me, who's not used to see his kind of pahstuns, because the only pahstuns i have seen are my own family, some of my dad's friends, my aunt's family n ****. Also, that my whole family are both achekzais and barakzais. Probably there aren't many of from those tribes looking very much like him(for me, at least).
Listen, i'm not the best with the looks of pahstuns, as of course we varies in all kinds of looks. Also, i haven't seen many afghans(pahstuns) in Denmark, at least where i am from, except one guy, who was mix tajik and pahstun though. That's why i'm not too good about looks.
I always saw us as mostly middleeastern-looking(i exclude Turkey). That's why i'm not too used to his facial features. But he kinda looks turkish to me, as i see way more turks/arabs than pakis, afghans and danes together. They always have these funn features(sorry, Salim, i'm not trying to insult you). Very diverse people.
