It's for the most part identical to the West. The only difference is that brown Muslims/atheists live there instead of white Christians/atheists and the language spoken is different. The level of development and cultural attitudes are overall the same though. So it's not much of a difference.

Well its pretty fun. People are more open and theres no real laws as long as youre rich(or a government official) so thats cool. Also contrary to what Elias said i think its more like new york(or the east coadt in general) cuz far less gangs than there are small crews of like 4-5 friends and huge organised crime syndicates(literally every political party).
Id definitely say its more fun than the west(unless you lived in a ghetto where there was an equal amount of drama).
