You must be seriously retarded if you believe the West is behind all the mess in the Islamic world. Its true that the West has always been a negative force in our countries but the Islamic world has a life of his own. The current Islamic moments are the outcome of failed policies carried out by non religious governments. Every single movement in the Islamic world has failed to bring development, progress, cooperation and stability: socialism and communism (Afghanistan, CAR´s, Balkans), fascist autocracy (Syria), liberal democracy (Turkey), secular nationalism (Nasserism in the Arab world, Mossadeq in Iran), military dictatorship (Pakistan), and so on. Some times the West thwarted our progress, some times it was our governments and some times it was our own people who rejected progressive measures.

If you believe that the current mess in the islamic world is some sort of conspiracy created by Muslims in order to annoy the rest of the world, you must be seriously s tupid. Its not a conspiracy and it can not be stopped. The islamic world is going through a revival after the failed secular policies of colonialism and post-colonialism. Many factors are behind this: weak economies, corrupt governments, high birth rates, lack of job opportunities, Western interventionism, geopolitical games, regional rivalries, and so on. If these guys manage to "win" and impose themselves on the rest of regional and non regional powers, they will eventually create some sort of "Islamic universal political system" in most of the Islamic world.

Dont be so stupid and stop buying all the Western propaganda: the Islamic world will eventually sort this current mess out but in order to do so, since all other political systems have failed, we need to create a suitable political system to our own values and cultures. We also need a strong country to impose its "pax" on the rest of the Islamic world just like the USA did with Europe and its "pax americana" after WWII that has brought so much peace, stability, process and wealth to the Western world.
