You are ignorant. Even in worst of cases europeans were always on par with all other great civilisations back then, India, Persia, arab and China. Now they are way ahead and some like east asians have taken advantage of contact with western civilisation to become on par with them in development but not cultural influence. This is why all east asians look up to whites and do surgeries which make them look as white as possible. There is no evolved definition of whiteness in west. You are either white european or not. And that include culturally being white as well which is why eastern europeans can blend in after generation among whites of western europe.
