  • Turkey-Pakistan friendship

I thought people of Turkey would dont even know where the hell is Pakistan but it appears to me friendship of Turkey with Pakistan also permeates to grass roots. I dont see Chinese defending around Pakistanis against Afghans or Iranis but here and there i see Turks taking stand on Pakistan. There must be some history behind this nice thoughts of Turks about Pakistanis, may be because of Khilafat movement of Hindi Muslims?. Have you people met any Turks, what they say about Pakistan and Pakistanis?

Just a while ago , a Turkish posted this on defence.pk

Not sure about other Pakistanis but the Turks where I live have very good relationship with my family; I think it has something to do with our Turkic lineage.
As for historical reasons, I know the founding fathers of Pakistan were strongly influenced by the Turkish elite.

Har yo khwand na war tair da, pa kamzor bande zarrawar warzi.......Afghanistan poor, weak and ruined , no economic interests so insult it.....the same Turkey ******* wont question the Pakistanis that how come Pakistan is silent about miseries of Uyghur Turks at the hands of chinki china-men in their neighborhood. These European-wannabes have also interfered in Afghanistan by supporting Dostum and tried to separate Uzbek and Turkemn areas from Afghanistan

To be honest I'm thinking of making a defence.pk account so I can get more interaction with that community.

I have seen at least once that a Turk commented on Pakistan Defence fb page showing his love for Pak Armed Forces. Very deep friendship between the two countries. I hope it grows even stronger.

Pakistan is politically an important ally in turkeys projects. Pakistan using misey and religious ideology supports several Turkish projects. So this is why.
Take example of my own country and our war with the Panturkic Azerbaijan created with Turkish interventions and games with the Bolsheviks.
Turkey and Azerbaijan cannot dare to not recognize our country because of historical issues that would bring them negative feedback, on the other hand Pakistan helps them on that front. Pakistan is the only country not to recognize the Republic of Armenia as a country.
When you look at our relation, there is no reason for such an unilateral move, as Armenia did never have problems with Pakistan neither does Armenia not recognize Pakistan.
On the other hand Pakistan is an important importer of some agricultural and industrial good in the region (except Armenia). So basically it looses a small potential market for the sake of this political support.
There are many other spheres the cooperation exists. An as Pakistan tends in some spheres to be ore free to act than Turkey and can give more radical statements, that Turks never dare to make officially, it is very welcomed. Turkey isn'''''t a friend of non-Turkic elements on the way to their panturkic beliefs apriori.

I know what my lineage is. Unlike Desis we Pashtuns don't make fake lineage claims; whatever claims we make are legitimate.

I think there is strong relationship between two countries ...Turkey always support Pakistan internationally on issues...While skimming i come to know most of the turkish member on PDF knows very well about Pakistan and its neighbor ..
Pakistan is much important when considering Geo-political , economical and military relation for Turley..
Problem is not wana be Europeans as some people are saying here..Our own pashtun nationalists who cursed Pakistan day and night but doesn't wish to live in Afghanistan neither persue to change there passport ...For a simple reason they feel more safe here and economically beneficial here..
Why would Turkey not take side with Pakistan?

Kp belongs to these "nationalist" pashtuns. They won't simply leave just because somwhow you"ll create a narrative, the sole purpose of which is to ostracize them.

the flattering between turkish and pako is so obvious, lies deep down in their pyschie as both these anatolian fake turks and pako mixture are subjugated people and their royalty were mostly turkic. tell this fake turk, that Anatolian looser have perfected the art of taking place of their former master in place of their historical submission to them. today the one billion indian would claim mughal, afghan or british lineage if only and only they were speaking the respective languages or were muslims. a pako will so shamelessly claim a mughal or afghan lineage despite their tormakh is so obvious.
i saw his comments just a while ago, your response is a trigger

Most of Turks don't give a crap about Pakistan. In Germany Turks get along with Afghans, they marry each other, they hang out together,..

Turks and pakis are too different, culturally, ethnically and historically. Since Pakis are cockroaches suffering from inferiority complex they are anxious to get acceptance and approval from Turks, Araba,s Iranians and Afghans. They hate themselves, they are Indians in denial. Thats why hey brag about Muslim brotherhood and they want to get involved in every Middle Eastern war: its the best way to prove that they are linked to us and not to their brothers in India.
