Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

It's not the 'shouting' per se... it's when it becomes so loud and unintelligible, it's hard to enjoy it. There are some bands and songs out there where the vocalist is shouting in a way where he sounds like he's being choked as well.Originally posted by Friends of Baloch View PostI am not too familiar with the "metal scene" but you probably need to look at the 1970s and 1980s if 'screaming' and 'shouting' too much is not for you. Some examples of 70s and 80s songs i know, Hendrix one from end of 60s i think.
The track had fairly decent instrumentals. The changes make it good... kinda like an album. But sometimes there's a riff that's really good, and it only lasted for a minute or so. Their style reminds me a little bit of Opeth. Opeth is pretty good.Originally posted by Iblis_Efreetzai View PostDon't be sorry, this place blows, we're just persistantly annoyed by a South Asian guy with an Identity Crisis screaming for attention and the topics have been recycled.

As for recycled topics... that is true. Then again, I haven't been here as long, but I'm beginning to see some old topics resurrected that do pretty much go over the same stuff.

Makes sense, Opeth and Edge of Sanity are both from Sweden and emerged from more or less the same Swedish death metal scene.

Sounds like you're projecting, but that only reveals how much you love me by molding me in your own image.
