Brahui Dravidian Khans of Kalat had authority over all of Baloch tribes who were his vassals and accepted his authority. Even your supposed greatest leader whose ballads you sing 'Chakar Rind' is buried in Punjab.
The only progressive Balochs are the ones living in South Punjab and speak Seraiki dialect of Punjabi.
