i have a problem with the devoting myself to a faith that can not provide me with the answers to the questions i ask. the other part of your post is still circling around the notions i addressed in my second reply to you.
why should i be mocking God? you can question my faith in God but i can't question your reasons?

Lol...it sucks because I don't practice it and I don't practice it because random guys do not approach me with their "I lub yo!" but I still know those decent ones like Khar, spay, kootray, etc.. This one time that random guy in my university passed a Janemann/ dilruba type comment, I beat him with the my "The Cell" book straight on his head.Oh! Me and my friends also beat this guy who spit on my friend face for no reason in our university..later on, the guys of our class also went to beat him too.He then apologized and became my friend's brother (He could not never be my brother, huh!). I am not the type of girl who would just ignore a guy's indecent comment and walk away without saying/doing anything.

i should not complain about being abused for walking down the street or i should tiptoe around just to avoid him as to not provoke him further? because doing so makes me less pious than otherwise? I WILL PASS ON THAT TYPE OF DIVINITY.

proper muslim women who follow islamic ways don't get abused by the men in society because they are good at suffering and not provoking men further as islamic ways apparently suggest. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH REALITY.

these are some verse where Allah is guiding us how to conduct ourselves so that we come across as dignified. This is only with respect to speech:

[17:37] And walk not in the earth haughtily, for thou canst not rend the earth, nor canst thou reach the mountains in height.

[25:63] And the servants of the Gracious God are those who walk on the earth in a dignified manner, and when the ignorant address them, they say, ‘Peace!’

It is interesting how in order to prevent such disrespect only a change in the behavior of us women is suggested. You don't see brothers preaching to men about how they should refrain from doing whatever it is they're doing - no. "Women, stop wearing make up, stop wearing clothes that fit you, hide yourselves in curtains, move away into a place where there is no men." While "men just will be men".

And I agree, many women are very seductive in the way they dress etc - but I have seen this happen to the most pious and covered girls. It is not a one way street.. the girl can't go running and hiding when there is nothing done on the men's side. In that case, no matter how much he runs and hides and under how many curtains she hides herself - she will still be found and disrespected.
