    LOL. Yeah, they start calling you arrogant and stuff just becuase you ignored them. Clearly, women who have no respect for themselves give themselves the trouble of entertaining such idiots and so when other women refuse to do the same, these little boys get angry.

    Oh, and I think this topic is VERY good one. We need to teach females how to respond effectively (if at all) to men who are seeking attention. Ignoring these things isn't gonna help anymore. And covering yourself from head to toe does NOT necessarily help keep men away, and we need to remember that.

      It all comes down to how one carries oneself.

      If one is being picked up by guys or comments are being given then it only shows the manner in which you are coming across there is something wrong with it. Your thoughts are also important just as much as your attire.

        so what are you implying to? which one of us has failed to carry yourself in a "dignified" manner?

        two years ago a mother of 5 was stabbed to death 36 times for the money she had made by juggling 3 jobs at one so she could have her children sponsored to canada. WHERE WAS GOD THEN? IF THERE IS ONE THING I HAVE LEARNED IN THE LAST 23 YEARS OF MY LIFE, IT IS THE FACT THAT YOU CAN NOT PRAY FIVE TIMES A DAY AND EXPECT GOD TO FLOURISH YOU LIFE WITH BLESSINGS. YOU GOTTA MOVE SOME ON YOUR OWN TOO...AND DON'T YOU DARE TELL ME OTHERWISE.

          What does that have to do with her being picked up?

          Where was God when the early Muslims were fighting for the sake of Islam? Why did so many die?

          God did not exist, when it was He who told them to go and fight for their religion?

            we were discussing how we put up with a negative situation, not giving each other ideas on how to be "picked up".

                    Hadhrat Aisha (ra) was accused of something very horrific. How did she handle herself? Did she respond to them? No she did not.

                    Hadhrat Mariam was accused of prostitution. What was her response? She kept calm and was collected.

                    Allah comes to the aid of these types of women.

                        Allah says in the Quran: When an ignorant person approaches you, in this case an indecent man, to say: Peace!

                        Now, one does not need to say peace out loud, invoking Allah's help is also like saying peace. Continuously reciting durood sharif is the best form of invoking peace.

                            i have a problem with the devoting myself to a faith that can not provide me with the answers to the questions i ask. the other part of your post is still circling around the notions i addressed in my second reply to you.
                            why should i be mocking God? you can question my faith in God but i can't question your reasons?
