I haven't met a single Indian/Sri Lankan proud of their history and culture, ever. Similar to Iranians, they try desperately to connect with white culture (skin lightening is one example of this). I've even come across Indians teaming up with white nationalists to make a mockery of Islam/Muslims on online forums. No Indian or Sri Lankan is ever proud of their Australoid ancestry, and doubt that there are any out there.
