He is still right, making potery or carpentry stems from medieval times, but after time it advances, from where do you think Idustralization started? From the arrogant nomads? Or from the people who were working in carpentry and making rughs?Originally posted by Samandri View PostYou are becoming more retarded with age. Nope he is not right....majority of these castes are still stuck in their ancestral professions, still doing pottery , carpentry, repairing shoes , cutting hairs etc, are stuck in medieval mindset .... actually poorest and backward among us...you think Pashtuns do not have the "brains" to do some basic skilled work?....who do you think are these mechanic repairing workers, electricians, contractors, businessmen, engineers, doctors, professors etc?. You are getting brainwashed by Toramana who is portraying some fantasy image of Pashtuns, that all of them must be some medieval tribal men on camels in their native lands......for your information, most of the Taliban in Swat were from these poor and backward castes, not every one is lucky like Toramana who must have reached Canada by pretending to be an Afghan refugee or must have renounced his religion just for seeking asylum there.Originally posted by Khostai View PostHe is still right, making potery or carpentry stems from medieval times, but after time it advances, from where do you think Idustralization started? Its not that Pashtuns are forcing them to have these professions.....in nowadays times, its still safe for them to teach their kids the pottery work than sending them to universities and spending lot of money on them while there is no gaurentee that he will be able to get a proper jon when joblessness is so high.Last edited by Samandri; 06-04-2016, 02:31 PM.

Neither did I or he said that all Pashtun are backward and dum. You really need to read what we write. Nomadic tribal life in the mountains is the least developed one. The business men, doctors and all other professions are people who learned a skill and live in big towns, just like potery and carpentry was once learned. A lot of doctors and business men in Pashtun areas belong to the people who once were amsaya, they had the drive to teach their kids a profession to escape poverty. At least that is what I often see in Khost, and now the big landowners also send their kids to school and universities, becuase they see the benefits of education.Originally posted by Samandri View PostNope he is not right....majority of these castes are still stuck in their ancestral professions, still doing pottery , carpentry, repairing shoes , cutting hairs etc, are stuck in medieval mindset .... actually poorest and backward among us...you think Pashtuns do not have the "brains" to do some basic skilled work?....who do you think are these mechanic repairing workers, electricians, contractors, businessmen, engineers, doctors, professors etc?. Moron, dumbo knowing ancient skills are still better than not-knowing any skill and being a simple tribal like yourself-a Marwat, a Wazir, a Mahsud, or whatever you are-tottering that stupid gun, only knowing cattle-herding or some rudimentary agriculture, not even having the basic skill as a group to make a shoe, a piece of cloth, a beautiful piece of wood-work (for that needs some thought and "tribals" with their un-evolved brains cannot think beyond a very primitive life-style), etc. what to talk of advanced literary or scholarly work.Originally posted by Samandri View PostYou are becoming more retarded with age. Moron, tribalism was a more primitive phase of social evolution when human being had not yet learnt to make law, live in and run a state, build institutions, produce on a large scale, develop specialization of skills, services, mode of production, etc.
Ancient skills were precursor to modern skills. In fact modern skills are derived from ancient skills or their extension.
And your tribalism is on the throes of death soon to land in the dustbin of history.
But who cares. If the likes of yourself want to live in caves like the barbarian, savage ancestors who cares.
Most of the Swat Taleban were tribal of some khel just like their counter-parts in Waziristan including Mullah Fazlullah. Hamsaya's are peaceful, skill-loving people that know how to live in s state unlike the tribal savages who have not yet developed the capacity to live a civilized life.

I think what's being said here is that hamsayas just basically did manual labor, sure they may have done carpentry or whafever, but it wasn't "advanced skills".
If they had advanced skills they'd have been able to overthrow their Pashtun overlords very easily since the Pashtuns would have been wholly dependent on them and would have no means to fight back ...because advanced techniques would lead to better weapons to use.
The truth is, the hamsasyas that Toramana descended from just did grunt labor, menial labor. not advanced work.
As for poets or writers, very few of the legendary likwal among Pashtuns have hamsaya origins. So this bogus junk that tribals were somehow less educated than hamsayas is utter nonsense.
Toramana just has an inferiority complex and like other hamsayas He's really simply a displaced Punjabi. Now I personally have nothing against hamsayas; but in Toramana's case; with his moronic loudmouth antics; he needs to be reminded that everyone knows that his hype is nonsense when we look into who he really is.Last edited by Iblis_Efreetzai; 06-09-2016, 06:25 AM.
Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

since you learned about you're low caste pathan only after that you became tribal pathan hater. I don't think these kind of people were any more advance then landowners back then in Pakistan region. Now it's even playing field for everyone but you are making it sound like kammi/hamsayas/artisans were genius on par with Britsh scientists responsible for industrial revolution.Originally posted by Toramana View PostThese History of Pashtuns, Marwat, Golden, Al-Yimini are cavemen belonging to pre-history.Last edited by Golden; 06-10-2016, 04:59 PM.

You're very disingenuous . I remember not very long ago you made a remark about how much you revile Indics......but now we all know your background, make up this pretension of being enlightened.Originally posted by Toramana View PostThese History of Pashtuns, Marwat, Golden, Al-Yimini are cavemen belonging to pre-history.
You have the same inferiority complex and self hatred as a Bengali that wants to make believe His Hindu Talukdar ancestors came from the progency Sherh Shah Suri. you're only putting this front on now because you were exposed.

You are expressing your inferiority complexes here being the descendants of those that converted to Islam in order to escape the brutality of Hindus caste system. This is the same with almost all Indics east of Indus talking of tribe and the high status of ancestors, etc. to psychologically feel bolstered.Originally posted by Golden View Postsince you learned about you're low caste pathan only after that you became tribal pathan hater. it's astonishing you never knew about your low caste pathan origin. Your hindu piracha ancestors were speaking some kind of indic language not long ago, seraiki probablyOriginally posted by Toramana View PostYou are expressing your inferiority complexes here being the descendants of those that converted to Islam in order to escape the brutality of Hindus caste system. You should know that not all Punjabis share links with Punjabi Indians or 'Indics'. I am from Arain tribe, and there no Arains in India like Awans, although there are Jatts, Gujjars, And Rajputs. Arain Punjabis are 100% Muslim, there are no Hindu or Sikh Arains.Originally posted by Toramana View PostYou are expressing your inferiority complexes here being the descendants of those that converted to Islam in order to escape the brutality of Hindus caste system. Whatever the case, you are a Paracha. You are to Pashtuns, what Masalis are to Arain Zamindar land holders. You are indentured servants, and though your masters may have been kind to you, you can not claim their ancestors.
For god's sake, I know an Arain family living in Peshwar that speak Pashto, but they never called themselves Pashtuns or started throwing Pashtunwali around. The reason for that is because Arains and Punjabis in general, don't have an inferiority complex.
You should be proud of your ancestors and history. Perhaps your ancestors were the Hindu Shahis that were reduced to artistan craftsman due to the subjugation from the Pashtuns? Who knows?Last edited by ANAcommander; 06-13-2016, 02:02 AM.

This low caste pathan have absolutely no idea about anything, he believe in imaginary boundary of indus river. Son you're ancestors were piracha baniyas, not proper pathans no matter in which side of indus they were born. Don't spit in your own mouth.
