Islam is only theoretically practiced properly in Saudi. The law of the land says that it is Islamic. Theorethically, that makes Saudi better than other so called Islamic countries where they have democracy etc.

i know more about Afghan family issues than your average Ahmed and Mahmoud. Besides, there is even a PHD research conducted by a Dutch sociologist investigating Afghan social and family problems.

Based on this information I have come to the conclusions I mentioned earlier.

Show us the link to the PhD research. Besides the people your dealing with are Afghans who are more prone to culture shock and have to adapt to the new lifestyle in another country with another culture and environment. It is not the same as the Afghans living in Afghanistan. That is a different environment with different cultural norms.

Like any immigrants from anywhere in the world, it is very difficult for parents to see their children growing up with different values and different cultures from how they grow up. There are more issues there than you think.

So no link to the mythical PhD research that was done in holland investigating afghan social and family problems but the researcher never went to afghanistan to actually do the research on afghans in afghansitan.
