Gawadar belongs to the people that have been inhabiting that land for the known/recorded history. It is not some patch of land for sale by individuals. Just like the illegitimate selling of Kashmir to the Maharaja of Kashmir does not invalidate the claim of Kashmiris to Kashmir so also tribal chiefs having sold it to someone doesn't have any validity in international law.
