I have been to Balochistan only once, I was in Gwadar recently I went there from Oman in December and I didn't stay long, only 2 days. It is very beautiful place but the people's needs has been ignored as always in rural Pakistan there are no facilities for people and so people are not happy with the establishment. It is very sad to see the way people live, with no clean water and conditions which are closer to those in Congo than to Lahore.
I don't think most Baloch want succession, they just want their lives and province to prosper like central Punjab, which is very reasonable demand. The separatists exploit people's sentiments by always spreading hatred against Punjabis, who they blame for everything like people on this forum.
My father is also from Lyari but we have moved out of there a long time ago. In my family we have people of very different looks, I have some relatives who look African and some who look Pashtun but most look like normal Pakistanis. I myself am often mistaken for Moroccan or Egyptian.
In traditional families marriages within tribe/caste are preferred but in many cases Baloch women have married non-Baloch.
I don't really want to marry a Pakistani girl, too much drama.
