ULOO gadoowal is saying that your punjabi tariq jameel is fooling naive pakhtuns with his sweet tongue. His Tablighi followers are mostly pakhtuns so expect him to say things like that.
Despite of its flaws, you punjabis need tabligh, many of you are still hindus or some thing like that. You people dont pray salat except nimaz-e-juma. Most of you worship graves like hindus and do sajda to your pirs. With tabligh your kind might become clean, civilized and muslim.
