No one can be a mirror for another. For one why would this be, secondly, what is the point?

Lets look at it logically. Supposedly there is an inner realm, and there is spirituality and other stuff and so on.

Then the question arises, why some people are lucky with such stuff and almost everyone else are not? I mean those kids who died in a gas attack in Syria, what about their inner realms? How many people have been killed in Afghanistan in the last year only, what about their inner realms?

Or perhaps the temptation to feel special and unique is such an overwhelming desire that drives us to create all sorts of fantasies in our heads?

When you speak of mirror, you assume a higher moral order, a higher being who has nothing better to do than to make one person a "mirror" for another in order to "guide" them?

Do you thing is that what the supreme being is all about, taking care of other people's romantic issues? Or it is those romance novels and lots of time to contrast fantasies at work?
