Now if you'd only have some data to back any of this up rather than self referencing and some alcohol producers remnants from the Attaturkists era

By the way even if you're right, and that's a BIG IF, We'll have no problem Joining up with the Turkish Islamists In the Government and helping our Turkuish Muslim brothers RE-ENGINEER their society back into an Islamic and WHIPPING secularist dogs back into religious shape just like the old days

My point was you seem to think that the existence of alcohol when society is transitioning out from the Attaturkist brainwashing that was imposed on them for 80 years would somehow prove your case.

Data ? Didnt you see the Demos against Erdogan. Also like I said: Ive been to Turkey plenty of times and I also speak a little Turkish , tamam mi abi ?
There are more discos and bars than mosques and trust me most " Muslims" are in the Bars than Mosques and thats NOT A BIG IF , Its Reality.

I live in Germany and most of us spent our holidays in Turkey. So you over there in the US should be quiet about places he never actually been to .

            Haydi Iyi Geceler !

a fraction of the populace getting rowdy doesn't really provide any meaningful data.

Again present data; Anyone can use Google Translate by the way.

Soprano is telling the simple truth but as it is against the ego of the Islamists, it is hard to digest. I had the same experience in Turkey and I know many many Turks and they opine the same way as Soparno

This is a very genuine question.

                        My answer is simple
no politics based on religion can sustain for a long time. Politics is something mundane, worldly, secular, materialistic and does not match religion in any sense
