they just say i'm farsiban from kabul or herat
so they say i'm kabuli or herati
from where you are is more important than nationality
distinction into nationality is our european view and was brought to afghanistan with colonialists

Well in Caucasus we have distinction in nationality or tribe!
We always ask knowing a person "What is your paternal origin?"
While in Russia for example it doesn't play so much role I think.

there seems to be a gross disconnected with how Pashtuns want women to be and how women actually are.

and it's that view which is leading to a breakdown of gender relations

                      LOL

If it makes you feel better neither of these girls are "strangers" and neither of these girls are at the current active members here. The second one at one time was and she already has one picture of herself in the photo section ....which is how we met.

you can't possibly have a single pinch of Pashtun blood in you.

You would have taken pride in it if it was a functional system even if you had no partake in the development of it. Amongst many other things, you are also a coward.
You don't have to cover for your guilt by claiming to be ashamed. Gain some courage and do something to change what you don't like because whether you like it or not, you are what you are. And living with pride is obviously whole lot better than living with shame for the rest of your life.

mind you, that has nothing to do with the fact that you either stole someone's pictures or are taking advantage of their trust in you. You don't have to be a Pashtun to have that right.
