Everybody is the enemy of themselves, however through out history, afghanistan/pashtun areas have always been a target of outside powers. This has made the situation in the region much worse, peace has never been given a chance and outside powers share a lot of blame for this

Vile???? Remind me. I have the potential to be all of the above, I am sure, but there is a possibility that you received my response differently to the way I typed it. Other than that, people who take the odd off the cuff remark more seriously than intended may find that their stay here will be short and miserable. Afghanistan and Pakistan are not for the faint-hearted. I would advise a thicker skin.

If Pashtuns embrace education, thing might change.
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Pe youtube ke, yaw Pashto teacher day, da dai noom Pashtostudents dai.

Za na Pakhtun yam, Za Mohajir yam le Pakhtun ancestry sara.

My pashto grammar is not so good, impressed how gladstonezai learned so fast, faster than a muhajir of karachi with putative pashtoon roots like myself, i'm impressed by his aptitude.

Some Pashto dialects have quite different grammer, to even prepositions being different.

Pashto has dialects, so someone wanting to learn Pashto doesn't know exactly what dialect to speak. The Waziri and Waneci Pashto dialects are partially understood by the major pashto dialects. If someone learned Waziri dialect first, they can only fully communicate with Waziris but not all pashtoons. Soldout Amir is a waziri, or something, so his dialect most Pashtoons can't undestand well.

Ormuri and Parachi are pashto dialects that are much different than pashto and some consider them as seperate languages from pashto. the Burki Pashtun tribe usually from Kaniguram from FATA (currently part of ****istan) is known to speak one of these languages.

Kandahari pashto would be good, but the Ghilzais of Khandahar i suspect are of Turkic descent and thus they are not real pashtoons but rather related to Hazara's mongol-altaic forefathers. Same with Abdalis who are rumored to be Turks as well. So Pashto invented by Pashto speaking Mongols is not my think.

Peshawari hard Pakhto, i would like to learn, but i don't like Pakhto people (usually Yusufzais) because they support the Punjabi Pakistan state and think they are Pakistani, not Afghan.... they make me mad.

So what Pashto dialect should be considered the standard, which pashtoon tribes are the real non-turkic, non-arab or non-jewish pashtoons with fully Aryan roots !

PS, I consider Indic Hindko lanugage to Iranic Pashto, as i consider anglic low land scots to gaelic highland scots, two seperate languages speaken by one race. Englishmen tried to conquer scots, resulting many scots losing their gaelic language and speaking their own dialect of english, same with what Punjabis/Indians do with Pashtoons, they ended up making Pashtoons losing their iranic pashto language and speaking their own dialect of punjabi, which they call the hindko language.

Pashai people are Pashtoons speaking a dardic language, some Balochis/Brahuis are of Pashtoon tribes, thus some pashtoons speak balochi or dravidian mother tounge.

Balochis have two languages, Brahuis are the same as balochis, so i can say baloch had their old brahvi dravidian language but got shifted to Iranian baloch, or the other way around.

same with ghilzais being turks, probably the oldest pashto language was an altaic language, or a turkic language but got changed into the dialects and languages we have today.

Someone look at every single dialect of pashto, find any evidence that pashtoons are jews, find any evidence that pashtoons spoke Aramaic or Hebrew before adopting pashto, sure there are turkic words, but urdu and persian have turkic words too. But what about hebrew and Aramaic words in Pashto, is there any evidence Pashtoons spoke a semetic language like the Arabs, like the ancient Israelites? In Pashto right now, what part of our language is hebrew/Aramaic, apart from being Arabic (note Arabic is a semetic language too,so picking jewish words in pashto may be hard). Why did Buddhist king Ashoka the great send tablets that were in old sanskrit, and also in Aramaic???? Why Aramaic?!?!

Why were pre-islamic Pashtoons still monotheistic as if they were following abrahamic law? Why weren't Pashtoons pagans like the Kalash/Nuristani people? Why didn't pashtoons have a fire worshipping dualistic religion like Zoroastrianism where they honored Ahura Mazda ? Even Persian people used to be like Kalash before Zoroaster came, , but why the revenge based faith that is the key to Israelite/Semetic culture?

Why no Tengriism, did pashtoons do tengrii? Tengriism, the faith of the Turks/Mongols? Why no calling upon spirits, why no idol worshipping, why no ancestor worship? why no fortune telling, why none of this in pashtoon culture, even there is no proof of it before islam? just hardy people pashtoons always were.

^There were British linguists in the past who considered Pashto a semitic language because it was believed to be similar in structure to Aramaic.

Abdalis are pure pashtuns. They descend from the hepthalites and are the biggest Pashtun tribe. Ghilzai are also pashtuns. A user cleared this up for me today that they were practically pashtuns all along who got integrated into Pashtun culture quickly. I also heard that the Ghilzai's descend from Qais Abdur rashid's granddaughter. As regards to your question as to what were pashtuns prior to Islam,

one word: Pashtunwali. This was what they had practiced along with Buddhism before the arrival of Islam. It is simple really, the Buddhas of Bamyan are the proof of this.

Aryan, are you even Pakhtun at all?
