The only way to eradicate the poverty in Afghansitan is to learn from those who have already done so and have no poverty. The modern developed world is the model and the method is democracy, modern education and free market economy. These are the recipes.

On the first stays education(but not in simple subject education, but educating a strong society and qualities in the people).
On he second stays self-sustainability and respect to one's motherland(including the nature of the motherland), and investment in youth and new ideas.
