There is no problem in anything You say. And Pharmacology is on one hand a good instrument to get rid of the exact diseases. But many things are to change, and that specially is concerning the approach. Also I wouldn'T say the today approach of healthcare can You get rid of most diseases. That is quiet a radical opinion I think. Modern pharma industry deals only very little with causes for the diseases, while many things are avoidable diseases.

Yes I understan you are mostly talking about preventing all the diseases in the first place but I think it will never be possible for many reasons that will take me a whole day to write down lol

Diabates can be caused by certain types of Steroids or Thyroid medications but these medicines are KNOWN for their harsh side effects and are prescribed in very extreme cases for different illnesses. There's no secret "mystery" long term affect you suppose. Diabetes is usually caused by poor diet, lack of exercise and ....GENETICS
