Anyone know where to buy a Rubab in the US?

Preferably one in northern cali that i can pick up? that may be wishful thinking but i would like to find one that is of good quality if i have to order one. i have seen websites selling them but the sites look cheap so i wouldn't put my trust there without a recommendation. any ideas?

DZJ, try to contact the Rubab makers I posted, they will for sure know whom to refer. I can give You also a list of different Rubab players but I do not know if they give lessons, I would have to ask that.

Perhaps thee best would be to contact Homayoun Sakhi, he lives in the US and is quiet strong of the newer Rubab players. I heard only the best for him. The teachers in europe on the other side do not really seem to teach well. I know also one person from Peshawar who designs and plays rubab and is quiet kind, perhaps can give video lessons.
