In my opnion Tajik or Uzback, meyeb half Hazara and half something else....
Yes, They are from Tajikistan, however one guy also for me looks more like Hazara. But I met different Tajiks who look like that (the two on the picture are simply some singers I found on the internet who corresponf this immage).
I think mostly Tajik look like that:
Ա՜խ, ընկել եմ քար ու քարափ,
Իմ սրբություն, ե՛տ արի, ե՛տ, Ես ծովակ եմ առանց կարապ,
Իմ էություն, ե՛տ արի, ե՛տ: Ես անտառ եմ առանց եղնիկ
Իմ վեհություն, ե՛տ արի, ե՛տ:
I makes every one feel they belong under the banner. When ever I hear it I do feel good.
I really like shafiq murid's take on it, it is on tv quite often.
Considering all the ethnic bickering that goes on afghan forums, it is good we are all counted in.

There's a lot of Pashtuns who look like that too. Generally, it's hard to tell apart Tajiks and Pashtuns. However, Tajiks seem to have flatter noses and Pashtuns tend to have pointier noses, although this isn't always the case. Although, it is much more common to see Turkic/Mongoloid features in Tajiks than it is in Pashtuns.

I don't like it. It sound very...patronising if that's the right word. If I wanted a list of who lived in Afghanistan, i'd search on Wiki and look at the Demographics section.
It's very 'hollow'. Like DaZahroJaam said, it doesn't give you goosbumps when you hear it. You can tell it had been engineered more for artificial stability than for beauty.
I think it serves its basic purpose in the current times for a transitional government.
However, in a future stable Afghanistan I feel that it definitely needs to change.
We can include so much other unifying rhetoric that is representative of our culture, history & peoples in an anthem without it sounding so desperate.
--- To advise others is an easy matter, the difficulty is accepting advice -- since it is bitter for those who follow their
own inclinations and desires.

I totally agree with all you've said. You've summarized my feelings about the anthem much better than I myself could've. That's how I feel about it. It definitely needs to change in the future, once Afghanistan is stable.

i like the allah u akbar part at the end but haris nailed it. i don't like this trend of every new nationalist afghan song wasting 30 seconds on naming every ethnic group.
id just rather they say something about being one group and one nation or something like that instead of reading off a list.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.
I don't care about Nationalism at all, I care about human lives and their well being. So this means nothing to me. We don't need a national anthem anyways. We need rights and dignity and justice.
