Today I collected about 30 kg of medlar fruits! has anybody good recipies?

never heard of them, arevapasht. what do they taste like?

We call them Zéker and Iranians say Ezgil, they are very hard and have to ripen at home. When they become soft they have this kind of apple+cinnamon taste!
They are really tasty and have big white flowers similar to roses.

Today I saw a tree in a park which was really frightening. In photo it looks nice but in real it is very frightening. whats the name of this tree by the way.

It is Araucaria araucana "Monkey puzzle tree"!
You should look for Araucaria bidwilii, it is even more frightening, specially its fruit!

I saw today a frightening shrub of Poncirus trifoliata "Bitter lemon", it made my right arm full of blood as I collected its fruits:

yes you are right but when I first saw this tree the first thought that came into my mind was that it is frightening tree and after two seconds my friend said the same thing about this tree.

Its forks look very sharp. Are its fruits eatable ?

Not in fresh way, but You can pickle them or make marmalade. Fresh tey are very bitter, but they have a relly nice smell, much better than lemon or orange!
But the thorns are realy sharp!

Yes if you see a minor curve at the end of the thorn. That curve makes it more dangerous.

I collected also the amlook this year, I will dry it , as I have really much now, and its not all ripe, dried it will be great
