There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Uzbeks are about 50% Iranic and 50% Turkic genetically, like the Azeris and Uyghurs, but lingusitically they are Turks.

Marraiges between Pashtuns and Tajiks are more common than those with Hazaras, Turkmens and Uzbeks but these do take place, especially in mixed areas and the North.

I know a man from Swat who is married to an Afghan Hazara refugee.

That's cool. I though that Hazaras, Turkmens and Uzbeks were looked down upon due to them often looking like Mongolid/Turkic people. Also are most Hazara's not Shi'ah?

But I also know that Baloch and Pashtuns are very similar and both are also Indo-Iranian people that are similar.
Northern Uzbeks have more Mongoloid features, while Southern Uzbeks have Iranic features, but many are mixed. Generally, Uzbeks have fairer skin than Kazakhs and Mongols.

All women are beautiful, especially Uzbeks and Hazaras. Many Pashtun men like them, they [Hazaras] are mostly looked down upon just because they are Shia.

Baluch and Pashtuns look very similar, but some Baluch also have Arab and East African ancestry, especially those of Southern Baluchistan/Makran and Hormuzgan.

Hakim is right, Uzbeks have varying looks. That's because central Asia used to be occupied by Iranic people but the Turkic mongoloid looking Uzbeks started arriving from the border with Mongolia from 5th-6th century onwards and settled and intermarried with local Iranic peoples such as Soghdians. When the mongols came from the north many Iranics fled southwards towards Afghanistan. Despite widespread massacres by mongol armies the Iranics still survived in central Asia. According to modern genetics studies Uzbeks are one of the most mixed people in the world. They have greek blood from Alexander's time, Russian blood from Soveit times, and Turkic and Iranic blood from old times. Many Tajiks call themselves uzbeks in uzbekistan because the government there is fascist and Tajiks have been forced to give up their ethnicity due to discrimination.

I have been in tashkent, uzbekistan, there are many different people living there with different features, some people look like persians/tajiks and the majority of them look like turkic people, just like the Uyghur, kyrgyz , kazakhs etc....

I also noticed that the tajiks from tajikistan look more like turkic people than the tajiks of afghanistan
                    .

Afghan Uzbeks are culturally very different from Uzbekistani Uzbeks.
Dialect is also very different, the Afghan (Southern) one is much sweeter and has more Dari words in it, even though Uzbekistani (Northern) Uzbek still has a lot of Dari and Tajiki influence.

Uzbek government supresses the Tajiks in Samarqand and Bukhara.
