1.Mankind has been on the globe for millenniums. There have been multiple mixtures of blood, culture and customs. Nations have moved thousands of miles for better pasture, food, security, etc. Therefore, except perhaps some Zionist tribes, there have been liberal mixing. Climate and terrain as well as food and average vocation have had effect on looks and physique.

2. Nuristanis/Caucasians/ Central Asians are cleaner and have a smooth skin. Europeans are, by and large, still pretty dirty. Their skin is poke marked for some reason.On a closer and un-made up look, an European is quite ugly.

IMHO, i believe both Pashtuns and Nuristanis are descendants of the Aryans as they are both mentioned in the Rigveda.

It's got little to do with climate or mountains otherwise Nepalese would have those features; they're probably just descendants of unmixed aryans.

BTW only a minority like maybe 20-40% have light eyes and hair.

well i've been to the Kalash valley(they're related to nuristanis) in Pakistan, and the people there looked a bit different from Pashtuns on average, i believe they have more light eyes and light hair.

Well Nooristan is a pretty cold place in general and its said they are related to the kalash people of chitral, maybe they migrated from there thousands of years ago? who knows.

No, Most Nuristanis are olive golden brown like everyone else with same frequency of light hair and light eyes ... but their facial features are slightly different with being straiter noses and more normal eye shapes same with Kalash. Tajiks, Pashtuns and Punjabis tend to have more varied faces with oblong noses and eye shapes..
