Because it is against the law. On the other hand its not against the law in Afghanistan.
Slaughtering your own animal for eating is also against the law in the West eventhough its halal.

I don't know what does it have to do with Ali (ra). That's just the way it is.
How am I being provocative? I am presenting the ground realities. This happens in Afghanistan every year. Its been hapenning for a long time and it only stopped with the Taliban but its now back to normal. People go to Rouz e sharif and raise the janda and have a good time.

I oppose the foreign meddling in Afghanistan and my relatives have died defending Afghanistan from foreigners as many other Afghans have also given great sacrifices. I oppose foregin intervention in Afghan affairs. I am not Toramana or Soldat Amir.
