My Yaminite friend, exactly how many papers are yearly published by Muslim scientists and how many top-ranking "Muslim" universities except the "the university of brutality" run by Mullah Omar of "Kanadahar da azmaro watan"? How much pioneering work in any discipline of knowledge?

A LOT of papers are published by Muslim scientists or Scientists of a Muslim background in numerous institutions around the world. Recognition is not always based on significance, but popularity or how much something is promoted. This is especially true in Mathematics. The problem is there isn't much attention from the Government sectors of many countries to focus on preventing Brain drain. In fact if you look at many Major Universities in America, in Sciences and Mathematics much of their faculty at research bearing universities are Muslims or of Muslim background.

Sharif University in Iran is considered Iran's "MIT" and is one of the top five hundred science universities in the world. It is not the best, but at least it has its mark and given the political ad economic exploitation of the Muslim world, this is very profound.
