Indic people and mathematics have gotten along throughout history. The British Empires main work force and military force were indic and todays engineers of the west are indic building the wests infrastructure first before their own.

Math and education has nothing to do with ethnic/race, it's just the tradition of learning knowledge which is stronger in some cultures

any ways in my experience I have seen Iraqis, Egyptians,Iranians,Afghans, Indians, Pakistanis, Chinese to be very bright in math, here in Canada

There is no such thing as Pakistani. They ultimately are either Pashtuns, Sindhis, Urdu-speaking Mahajars, Punjabis, etc. We are Pashtun first, Pashtuns second, Pashtuns last and then anything else

Most of the oriental people I have observed are imitators and rote-learners good at formula-mathematics but very poor in problem-solving. This peaks in Muslims due to their religious restriction on inquisitiveness and free-thought and emphasis on rote-learning and blind-belief in things.
