                      While you are writing your thesis with 35, certain "babas" had their PhD with 27. haha

                        yeah it's easy to get PhD's in Kabul, they basically write them on toilet paper , it's easy to get one there if you pay bribes, isn't that how Najib-e-Gow became a "Doctor"

                          The Kabul University never gave PhD titles to anyone because it lacked international standards and scientific research facilities.

                          And "doctor" is in certain places the equivalent for a physician. Najib never wrote a dissertation.
