DO u have the other email that you gave them so they could send u your forgotten password?

Dear dont remember anything because it was an id 6 years before. now there is another problem. when go to make an id on the same email address it says its not availabl but when when go to forgot password option it says this email address does exist. is it not clear contradiction ?
