What were you doing 10, 20, 30... years ago?

Depending on how old you are, what were you doing 10, 20, 30..... years ago?

For me lets see

In 2001: I was still new to Canada adjusting to life here. I was in high school, mostly hanging with friends and not focusing on studies. In this year, I also got my first part-time job working for a clothing store at a mall. Also in this year, my heart was broken, since I really liked one girl, but I could never tell her this.

In 1991: I was only about 7 or 8 years old, I was living in Saudi Arabia during the gulf war years, those were really interesting times. I remember seeing many places bombed at night.

Ten years ago, I was in a safe place; The Land Where Nothing Wild Will Ever Grow.

Eleven years ago, that changed.

But that was then and this is now...

Why look back?

1980, back to australia from india, after 11 years overseas. 81 saving to go to england. can't remember specifically where i was 91 and 01, but somewhere in australia, gypsying around, doing diffrent jobs.

Around 69 or 70 years ago, I was born, but I did not know at that time. After that, it is a long long story. May be one day I will write it, but not now. Right now I am busy writing a novel since I finished and published a collection of short stories which is in Pashto.

now, i am learning that other people matter than me, and i am learning how to grow in my new part of life, oh and learning to be a wife soon.. **ooh yea***

like a salmon i roamed the seas but now i am fighting the white waters of life to go back back to my ancestral mountains.

That was a little bit longer than 20 years ago brother . It was a very bad period , thanks to Allah you , me and many others are safe . When the war started we were in Libya on a vacation , my father went back to Kuwait later during the invasion while we returned after end of the war .
