first thing i would do is unite people and make them realise that their children's future more important than their ego.

next thing will be justice for all

making Pashto the official language and making sure we have school/uni books in pukhto with dari and urdu as second languages and preserving all the other languages and dialects.

creating job opportunities,giving people a sense of working together.

going green using green energy such as wind,hydro,sun,etc

setting up a good policeforce along with firefighters and rescue repspond personel alogn with ambulances and hospitals.

good and innovating infrastructure and cheap public transportation service(running on green energy) thus minimizing usage of cars.

encouraging sports ,islamic art,architecture.

creating mass positive media.

just imagine having all these things on Afghan lands.

Any future leader of Afghanistan needs to ensure first and foremost the security of Afghanistan to prevent future wars of aggression being waged by other foreigners.

Hence, Afghanistan like any other nation must use their inalienable right to become a nuclear power. This will be Afghanistan's deterrence. It will also contribute to regional peace and security as powers will not be able to bully Afghanistan.

In conjunction with this, it can not be stressed enough, but Afghanistan needs to have the highest and most up to date air defense system and missile shield to prevent any attacks against them. A leader of Afghanistan would obviously have to purchase air defense systems from third parties at first, but should develop their own. Self-reliance is too critical today.

The independence and security come before anything else. After that, education is the most important thing.

those are great points but no one can bully Afghan even if they own all the nukes.
we Afghans dont need nukes,cuz those weapons are totally inhuman since they kill innocent/guilty alike.

In Afghanistan and Pakistan, a president can't do anything because they don't have the real power. The real power is in somebody else hands. Both the presidents get NOC from their masters first. So don't ever wish for such slavery position.
