      you are right. ok:

i have a boy, he is 10. i worry he might grow up thinking westerm morality is ok, even though i raise him with islamic values and afghan customs. i know many confused afghan, pakistani, arab kids from the west for whom tv show 'jackass' is fun and cool. i worry when he is a teenager. they wear their jeans half way down on their asses. it's mad crazy influence!! or if he comes home with a tattoo or piercing. call me backward, traditional, mulla etc, i am traditional, muslim, pashtun, and believe me, i wish i was in afghanistan and situation was stable.

i want somewhere it is possible to see plenty muslims around, at school, neighbourhood. there should be local mosques. i dont want to push this boy away by overdoing it. he should see it himself and learn to make right decision.

i want somewhere there are no restrictions to buy own home (dubai no freehold etc etc).

      so my list:
      no restriction on islamic values
      freedom/rights
      no restriction on property ownership
      developing economy

I admit Turkey is on my mind, Safi Air runs flights between Ankara and Kabul, it is muslim and secular, more westernised on west of bosphorus than the asian east. that is all i know.

      France Marseilles, full of muslims.
Saudi Arabia - no good as cannot buy freehold land/home

Even thought of Jordan, Tehran, Croatia, and this is where I needed help from your experiences.

Dubai is an Environmental disaster but it is still less has a NET Environmental footprint than Germany, Canada or Sweden. and Sweden had only 8 million people. Even in Mostafa's article they use deceptive terminology like "per capita". Which is fraudulent, because if you take NYC alone, they have a PER CAPITA environmental footprint rating greater than all over Europe combined. Key words Per Capita, not Net.

        Regardless Dubai is a concern.

Gulbabo likes the UK because they give her free welfare......hence to her UK is ideal. UK is a cesspool, most of their wealth came from exploiting the Asia, Muslim countries included.

They're very Anti-Muslim in Britain, probably because of Pakistanis mainly, regardless. Other Muslims get the brunt; Unless they "chaplous" the locals which I assume Gulbabo does since she is fond of being there.

Mostafa views Germany is ideal because education is free

which is actually somewhat of a plus......but German culture is ****my. And Germans are NOTORIOUS racists. A pregnant woman was stabbed to death in court and the guards stood back and allowed it to happen. That should tell you something.

They definitely don't respect Islam or Muslims there. Lots of Neo Nazis in Germany.

Most of Europe is same as Germany, Scandinavian Countries maybe not as much, but it is cold there and they're loose.

If you want an Islam-friendly, reasonably developed countries with lot of public liberty....probably Malaysia, Oman or Brunei is the way to go

Oman is ideal in the sense that Sultan Qaboos LOVES criticism, he loves people to give him input. However it isn't terribly developed but more so than say Yemen.
