My husband would know that he will have to remember our wedding date :p And my birthday (two, really! Long story), just as I'll be remembering his and keeping him off of work on those days whether he likes it or not.
I remember the dates and even exact times (e.g., 1:30 pm) of every single important thing that happens to me, so a marriage date would be like totally something to remember and celebrate. I would even remember the exact hour/minutes that, say, the beloved and I confessed our feelings to each other
Or, say, the first time I met with the guy whom I eventually married.
