I went swimming today. The place also has a diving tank, 1M and 3 M high. I am a bit diving happy, and dive on the swimming laps as well. So I do my usually dive, then move like a dolphin when bang. I wasnt swimming straight but toward the concrete floor. I banged my face, causing my nose to bruise, and my lips getting busted . I banged my head 2 weeks ago on the same spot. Luckily the chlorine stopped it from bleeding to the point of getting stitches.

It must be my punishment for not lowering my gaze, when a white bunny was their.

Perhaps your a bit scared, as diving from a board 3 meters high is a bit overwhelming.

When have I ever said I had a life to begin with? I got no job, so swimming is a past-time.

manana for the thought wrora and even i was tinking that becouse i have this swollen bump behind my eatr on left side of my head, i did bit of research online and it said it can be a lympe node which can occur after a flu or cold etc which i did have bout a week ago so i dont no even my parents suggested i go docz so i might book an appointment this week

Yes, they occur from the cold/flu and at times, stress as well (with common cold/flu symptoms). Take your parents suggestion, and see your doctor. At times if lymph nodes occur more often in a patient, especially in areas other than the neck region, behind the ear and such, it could be cancerous (de khudai shukar da, in your case i am sure its not) but it should get checked. Especially if the size of the lymph nodes are bigger than a bean size. If you do not believe in medication, good luck then lol. Because it is treated by antibiotics that will target the viral infection. It will not go away until the viral infection is treated.

And as far as your headaches go, its understandable. It seems that you work late especially within the month of Ramazan you are being stressed and hard on yourself. Take a couple motrins with your dinner, and it should help you for 24 hours, if it continues, mention that to your doctor as well.
