I saw this on BBC 3 over a year ago

That girl was living a 'pampered' lifestyle and gets a culture shock when she goes to Afghanistan....big whoop

There are better documentaries/sources of information on Afghanistan, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on this.

the girl is irritating sometimes but it is worth watching. why not see the views of people who ACTUALLY LIVE in the country of afghanistan? aren't they the ones to get the truth from?

But you still have to give her props for trying to go back, and actually seeing things herself. Sadly, there has been numerous cases where hundreds of families have completely isolated themselves from who they are and where they are from.

Its understanding that she will experience a 'culture shock.' She left at a young age, not being able to understand why. And so it seems, has a adapted well in London.

Though i dont agree with a few in the documentary, but i do encourage young generations to watch it, and have hopes of visiting or even living back home.
