          How much do you weigh?

30kg hammer curls are good weight. But, proper form is better than simply lifting excessively heavy with **** form.
Wait....Woah?! *shocked* You bench press? i thought i thought....ohhhh never mind

The most I benched was 245 pounds (with a spotter) but one rep that was it. However I normally stay at 235 pounds for a good 3-4 reps (with a spotter).

This Afghan boy in my old school used to do so much body building but he ended up to be VERY small LOL.

He is probably upto my chest.

Me personally, I want to increase my fitness and endurance before doing proper body building.

What do you want to get from "body-building" per say?

Then wouldn't you want to bulk up before cutting?

Also there are different types of workouts depending on what you want.

                      What's cutting?

I don't really have the time to keep to a dedicated work out schedule since I have exams starting next week but in the summer I will have plenty of free time to do so.

Also keep in mind that I am not an old pensioner like you people :p, I am still growing.

lol we are mostly students so even within school time, it is good to have a workout schedule. I suggest (as always) the bread and butter exercises in the week - squats, deadlifts, bench, and pull ups.
