guys and girls dal might taste good if you are a young couple and try to produce babies, you must avoid eating dal for a while. dal contains m-xylohydroquinone which has a contraceptive effect.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

you guys have to understand that even in India pakistan, dhaal is mostly considered poor man's food or rural food, i am not saying middle class/rich dont eat daal but hardly though, espeically in pakistan, most pakistanis of middle class/rich back ground are heavy meat eaters and we hardly eat daal, like maybe once every two weeks or something and i dont even know what is wrong with it, there are so many different types of daal that good for you.

Indians eat Dhaal, and that is why they are so advanced and ahead of Afghans and Pakistanis.

                            True.

Am thinking the Afgjan government, and the Talibam should negotiate while having Dhaal, and white rice as their meal. Who knows maybe something can happen.

                                Admin,

Dhaal doesn't make you grow brains. If that was the case then we should both enlist to Paki Madrasahs where they serve the Taliban massive portions of Dhaal? Agree? Moreover Taliban should brainiacs. lol
